Integra Resources (CN:ITR) has appointed two directors to its board - Timo Jauristo and the company’s current CEO George Salamis.

Jauristo is currently senior advisor to Canaccord's metal and mining banking division and will join the board as a non-executive, independent director.
He was formerly Goldcorp's (CN:G) vice president of corporate development and prior to this spent 15 years at Placer Dome.
At the same time Lisa McCormack steeped down from her director position.
