MinRes appoints new CFO

Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) has appointed Mark Wilson as CFO after inaugural CFO and company secretary Bruce Goulds announced his departure.

MinRes has changed CFOs for the first time

Wilson, who has been finance director at Laing O'Rourke for the past seven years, will start at MinRes on August 27, relocating from Sydney to Perth.

He previously worked at Multiplex and Brookfield Multiplex for over a decade after starting his career at Arthur Anderson.

Goulds has taken a leave of absence to focus on his recovery from health issues and will formally retired from MinRes on December 6 after more than 13 years with the company.
