Orezone hires two new VPs

Orezone Gold (TSXV:ORE) has appointed two new vice presidents and said goodbye to COO Tim Miller and VP administration Joe McCoy.

Louis Archambeault has been appointed at Orezone's VP corporate development and strategy

It has hired Louis Archambeault as VP corporate development and strategy and Ryan Goodman as VP legal and administration to replace McCoy after a short transition period.

Archambeault has been a consultant for Orezone since July 2018 and has over 15 years of capital market and finance experience.

He was previously Goldcorp's director of corporate development and prior to that spent a number of years at CIBC Mining Investment Banking Group.

He was also a mining engineering consultant at AMEC earlier in his career.

Goodman was most recently VP legal affairs at Aura Minerals and prior to this practiced law in Canada, focusing on securities and mining. Overall, he has over 16 years' experience working with mining companies and specialising in financings, M&A and corporate governance.

Orezone has decided, rather than finding a replacement COO, to recruit an experienced site-based project manager role for the development and construction if the Bombore gold project in Burkina Faso.
