Biden's American Job Plan to boost minerals and metals

US president Joe Biden has announced a US$2.25 trillion infrastructure investment plan called the American Job Plan to shore up the country's infrastructure and get people back to work, one of the largest such federal programmes since the US space programme and with echoes of Franklin Roosevelt's New Deal in the 1930s that brought the country out of the Great Depression.
