BCSC dismisses Core Gold merger complaints

A three-member panel of the British Columbia Securities Commission has dismissed a complaint brought by two shareholders of Canadian firm Core Gold in an apparent attempt to thwart a takeover bid of the company by Australia-based Titan Minerals.
