Canada orders Rubicon mill suspension

Canada’s ministry of environment and climate has ordered Rubicon Minerals to temporarily suspend mill operations at the Phoenix gold project, in order to treat ammonia levels, discharge sufficient water from the tailings management facility (TMF), and to upgrade the TMF.
