NDM, EPA agree to talk

Northern Dynasty Minerals (CN:NDM) and the US Environmental Protection Agency have agreed to enter into mediation in an effort to resolve ongoing litigation under the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) related to the Pebble project in Alaska.

The Pebble deposit contains 80 billion pounds of copper, 107 million ounces of gold, 5.5 billion pounds of molybdenum and 514Moz of silver in the measured, indicated and inferred resource categories.
