Price is right for Dominion

Dennis Washington has won over Dominion Diamond (CN:DDC) with a better offer months after the Canadian diamond producer passed on a US$1.1 billion cash bid.

With $1.2 billion in cash now on offer, the sale will go ahead if shareholders approve and Dominion will become private like other businesses in the Washington Companies group.
