Saudi appetite for change a challenge for Africa
Sustainable development expert Sheila Khama believes Morocco has the business culture and economic similarities to form a strong partnership with Saudi, while South Africa could provide genuine value as a partner bringing technical expertise. However, sluggish Africa governments relying on sagging physical infrastructure will find it difficult to deliver in line with Saudi ambition.
