Judge accused of taking Pinto bribes

Juan Caceres Tito, a judge in the Ollachea district of Puno, Peru, where Minera IRL intends to build an underground gold mine, has been denounced for corruption before provincial authorities for allegedly receiving bribes to act against state interests by preventing the Ollachea project moving forward. The denunciation was made by Peru's state prosecutor.
