Gold Fields makes proposal to end South Deep strike

The strike at Gold Field’s (JSE:GFI) South Deep mine near Johannesburg has entered its fourth week, although the mining company has been engaging with the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) on a proposed settlement agreement.
