AIM-listed Chaarat Gold Holdings has changed its agreement with Ciftay, the Turkish contractor it chose to build its Tulkubash project in Kyrgyz Republic, with the cap for the total cost of works lowered and Ciftay now taking a stake in Chaarat, rather than at a project level.
