Chile Senate committee agrees 46.5% tax ceiling with government

As Chile’s new royalty proposal nears the end of its legislative journey, Chile’s finance minister, Mario Marcel, and general subsecretary of the presidency, Macarena Lobos, agreed with senators a ceiling on the total government take.
