There's still room for natural diamonds: Petra CEO

Petra reported a 59% year-on-year drop in adjusted EBITDA to US$113.1 million, for the year to June 30. The diamond miner reported an adjusted net loss of US$2.3 million, down from a profit of $115.2 million profit in 2022.

This drop was driven by a fall in production, to 2.67 million carats, down from 3.34 million a year earlier, stemming mainly from stalled operations at the Williamson operation in Tanzania.
