Juniors to benefit from C$10M LIFE prospectus exemption

The Canadian Securities Administrators have thrown a lifeline to microcap companies, including many junior explorers, by announcing a prospectus exemption for issuers looking to raise less than C$10 million, a move which will make it simpler and cheaper for companies to raise modest sums of capital.
