Exploration adding to limited Oz gold project pool

More than US$10 billion of gold projects in the Oceania region could deliver circa 3.75 million ounces (106 tonnes) of new production over the next 5-10 years, a review of current study-stage projects has found. The numbers compare with 10.2Mozpa of potential production from US$27.3 billion of projects across the Americas, and 2.42Mozpa from $3.4 billion of projects in Africa.
