The solar photovoltaic century?

The share of global electricity generated by solar photovoltaics could increase from 2% today to as much as 13% by 2030, according to a recent report from the International Renewable Energy Agency. The agency estimates solar PV capacity could reach 1,760-2,500 gigawatts by 2030, up from 227gw today.
