OceanaGold to bed down after acquisitive year

The finalisation of a merger with Romarco Minerals at the end of September would see OceanaGold enter a consolidation phase following a year of asset accumulation as it aimed to become one of the most attractive mid-tier gold companies for investors, managing director and CEO Mick Wilkes has told Mining Journal.
