Sherritt misses Q3 consensus, raises US$50 million

Nickel and cobalt firm Sherritt International has used a second modified Dutch auction to repurchase an aggregate of $50 million of its 8.50% senior second line secured notes due 2026 as well as its 10.75% unsecured PIK option notes due 2029.

It will be financed from cash reserves and from its syndicated revolving-term credit facility.
