Panama's Minister Alfaro says Cobre Panama talks will take time

The government of Panama is working through legal and administrative aspects to put the Cobre Panama copper mine in Donoso on care and maintenance while efforts to execute a new contract with First Quantum continue, Commerce and Industry minister Federico Alfaro told Mining Journal.
