Jervois to buy Freeport copper for US$160M

Jervois Mining has unveiled major corporate transactions aimed at it becoming a globally significant cobalt company including an underwritten A$313 million equity raising that’ll fund the US$160 million acquisition of a refining and specialty product business in Finland called Freeport Cobalt.
