"Advancing from a privately held company to a publicly-traded company on the CSE represents the next chapter of our growth, and we are excited about the opportunity that our Deer Musk West lithium project presents for the future," Nova's CEO Glenn Collick said.

The junior explorer holds the option to acquire a 100% interest in 190 mineral claims, known as the Deer Musk West project, which are in southern Clayton Valley.

Nova touts the fact that Clayton Valley is home to North America's only producing lithium mine, Albemarle's Silver Peak Mine.

Nova has a market capitalization of C$1.74 million.
