Africa sand miner flags lower 2020 production

Africa mineral sands producer Base Resources has forecast significantly lower output next financial year from the Kwale operation in Kenya, but said the reduced output was “consistent with internal assumptions” regarding cash flows with regards funding requirements for the Toliara development.
