Denison and AngloPac in uranium deal

Denison Mines (CN:DML) and Anglo Pacific Group (LN:APF) have signed a pact that will allow the former to keep advancing its 60%-owned Wheeler River uranium project and give the latter exposure to one of the world’s highest-grade deposits.

The two have signed a complex agreement that will provide Denison with C$43.5 million (US$33.3 million) of cash to bring Wheeler River in the Athabasca Basin of Canada to a development decision.
