The preliminary programme outlines panel discussions on financing action and risk management planning, touching on topics including bribery and corruption, compliance, deferred prosecution agreements and transparency.

The seminar is being organised by the Ontheground group, the international division of MineAfrica, in partnership with Canada's Mineral Resource Analyst Group.

Organisers said attendees would gain valuable networking opportunities and expert knowledge on operating and investing in Latin America's mining sector.

The event will be held at the Toronto-Dominion Centre on King Street West.
