Argentina shields miners' tax stability

Argentina has passed a resolution to shield tax stability agreements with miners and mitigate the impact of the mineral export tax implemented in 2018 and potential future changes to the taxation regime, Carolina Sanchez, secretary of mining policy, told Mining Journal on the sidelines of the Prospectors and Developers Association Conference in Toronto, Canada.
