Georgian Mining makes board changes

COO added, as exploration director steps down

He will replace Martyn Churchouse who is stepping down as exploration director, but will remain a senior adviser to the company, focusing on business development.

Struthers, who has over 37 years' of international mining experience, became COO in December.

The company hopes his project management experience will help it transition from an explorer to a mine developer and then producer at the Kvemo Bolnisi copper-gold project in Georgia over the coming year.
