It said Jean-Pascal Duvieusart had joined the safety and sustainability committee. He has been a non-executive director on the Polymetal board since September 2011.

Member of both the audit and remuneration committees Giacomo Baizini, who is Evraz Group general manager and was appointed as a Polymetal independent non-executive director in January, has succeeded Christine Coignard as a member of the nomination committee.

Coignard, who is managing director and founding partner of Coignard & Haas GmbH, will continue to chair the remuneration committee.
