Non-executive director Leonard Math, who is CFO and company secretary of Gulf Manganese, will not be seeking re-election to the board at the AGM and will also leave his role as chair of the audit and risk committee.

He will be replaced as the committee's chair by fellow non-executive director David Netherway, who will also take over Jonathan Trollip's senior independent director role.

Trollip will remain on the board as a non-executive director. He is a principal and director of Meridian International Capital and is non-executive chairman of Global Value Fund, Future Generation Investment Company and Antipodes Global Investment Company.

Netherway is chairman of Altus Strategies, Canyon Resources and Kilo Goldmines, as well as non-executive director at Avesoro Resources.
