Golden Arrow shareholders in favour of sale of Puna stake

Golden Arrow Resources (TSXV: GRG) shareholders this week voted in favour “by a sweeping majority” of selling the company’s 25% stake in the Puna operations in Argentina to 75% owner SSR Mining (TSX: SSRM).
