EPCs only part of the project delivery puzzle

EPCs are unlikely to solve all of the sector’s problems with project fulfilment, but they will go part of the way to reduce execution risk for miners, transfer liability effectively and decrease the likelihood of the capital cost overruns we saw during the last boom making another appearance.
