The mine is being developed by ASX-listed gold miner Perseus Mining.

Lycopodium has already delivered Perseus' Sissingue gold project - also on the Ivory Coast - and completed the definitive feasibility study for Yaoure.

Final award of the contract is subject to the finalisation of the formal contract documentation, full project funding being secured and Perseus getting its exploitation permit.

Should those all come to pass, Lycopodium expects to get US$95.1 (A$132) million revenue from the contract.

Besides Yaoure and Sissingue, Perseus also has the Edikan mine in Ghana, Africa.
