Talent crisis looms

The ‘Mining Journal Global Leadership Report: Preparing for Transformation’ was launched earlier this month, as I’m sure you’ll have noticed from email alerts over the past fortnight (and the cover of this edition). The report, not surprisingly, was dominated by key issues such as the need to make the most of changing technologies and the increasing challenge posed by more sophisticated stakeholder engagement.
