Luminex updates Condor resource with Camp deposit

Camp hosts an estimated inferred resource of 11.9 million tonnes grading 2.26 grams per tonne gold and 19.5g/t silver, as well as copper, zinc and lead for 2.95g/t gold-equivalent, containing 864,000oz gold, 7.4Moz silver, 7,1 million pounds copper, 22.5Mlb lead and 173Mlb zinc.

The Camp deposit estimate is based on 28 holes drilled in 2019 and 2020.

Condor is comprised of five deposits which together host an indicated mineral resource of 72.1Mt grading 0.67g/t gold, 4.2g/t silver and base metals for 0.77g/t gold-equivalent containing 1.6Moz gold and 9.7Moz silver. It also has an inferred mineral resource of 169.6Mt grading 0.66g/t gold and 2.9g/t silver for 0.83g/t gold-equivalent containing 3.6Moz gold and 16Moz silver.

Planned work at Camp includes drilling the Soledad Bajo target, seeking to expand the deep high-grade area with further drilling, surface exploration to advance the NW Camp area to drill stage, sampling and mapping at Prometedor and completing metallurgical work.

Shares in Luminex Resources opened Tuesday down 7% at $65c, valuing the company at $48 million.
