Before that he worked as a reporter covering European energy markets. Journalism is not Tom's first career: he previously worked as a strategist for a media agency.
Michael Quinn, Australasia Editor
Michael read maritime history at the University of Western Australia before working in the mining industry during the 1990s, primarily at a gold operation north of Kalgoorlie, and for a Boulder drilling company. A media journeyman, he has reported on the mining sector over the past 20 years for various international business publications.
