Accessing the website and reading the Magazine

Q: How do I access the website

A: Mining Journal's website is available at www.mining-journal.com. To access content, you will need the username and password you set up when you signed up for your subscription.

If you can't remember your username and password, click the "Log In" box anywhere on the website, and then click "Forgot password?". We'll then send you a link where you can reset your password.

Alternatively, you can send an email to our customer service team subscriptions@mining-journal.com.

Q: When and how do I receive the magazine?

A: The Mining Journal eMagazine can be read in your Desktop Web Browser, on your Tablet Device, or as a print copy sent to an address of your choice.

You will need a subscription package including the 'Magazine' option to access the Mining Journal Magazine whether on desktop, tablet, smartphone or in print.

To access the magazine in your Desktop Web Browser, or using a Tablet you will need the username and password you set up when you signed up for your subscription.

Purchasing/Renewing Mining Journal

Q: I would like to subscribe to Mining Journal

A: To subscribe to Mining Journal, you can either;

  • Visit mining-journal.com, click on subscribe in the top right hand corner, select your preferred package and make a secure payment online
  • Contact the subscription department through our switchboard on +44 (0) 208 187 2299 or email subscriptions@mining-journal.com.

You will be sent an order confirmation after completing your online purchase. If you specifically require a pro-forma invoice, please request this from customer service.

Q: I would like to renew my Mining Journal subscription

A: Contact the subscription department through our switchboard on +44 (0) 208 187 2299 or email subscriptions@mining-journal.com quoting your subscriber number and account name.

 

Q: I would like to purchase single/back issues of Mining Journal

A: Please contact the subscriptions team at subscriptions@mining-journal.com for more information.

 

My online account

Q: I cannot login to my account or have forgotten my login details.

A: Your username is your email address. If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset your password by clicking the forgotten password link on the login page.

Adding online users

Q: I would like to add online users to my Mining Journal subscription account

A: You can only have more than one online user license if you have subscribed to a multi-user subscription package.

To check the details of current online users in your subscription, add extra online user licenses or upgrade to a multi-user subscription please contact the subscription department through our switchboard on +44 (0) 208 187 2299 or email subscriptions@mining-journal.com

 

Q: I would like to join my organisation's subscription

A: To request an online user licence from an existing multi-user subscription package please email subscriptions@mining-journal.com

 

Change account information

Q: I would like to change my billing or delivery address

A: To change your delivery, billing address or any of your contact details email subscriptions@mining-journal.com quoting your subscription reference number with the details that need to be updated. Your subscriptions reference number can be found next to your delivery address details on the sheet which accompanies your print edition.

 

Delivery issues

Q: I am not receiving my copy of Mining Journal or have missed an issue

A: Please email subscriptions@mining-journal.com with details of the issue(s) missed quoting your subscription reference number with your complete delivery address.

*Please note that claims for the missing issue(s) must be made within 3 months of the issue being published.

Missing issues claimed more than three months after publication must be paid for.

 

Account and payment issues

Q: I would like to check my subscription account payment and fulfilment status.

A: Contact the subscription department through our switchboard on +44 (0) 208 187 2299 or email subscriptions@mining-journal.com quoting your subscription reference number.

 

Email Whitelisting Instructions for Mining Journal Newsletter Subscribers

Mining Journal emails including newsletters are delivered by a suppliers called HubSpot, MailChimp and SendinBlue.

To ensure uninterrupted delivery of our newsletters, please follow all of the below instructions.

Ask your IT department, email service provider or message/spam filtering service to ‘whitelist' the servers used to send our newsletters.

Whitelist our Email Sending IP Address

Adding our dedicated IP addresses for email sending system to your IP address whitelist will ensure you get our newsletters. It will not affect your preferences for receiving newsletters or marketing messages - you are still in control of the messages you want to receive.

The dedicated IP address all for all Aspermont electronic mail are:

  • 158.247.22.36
  • 205.201.143.255
  • 172.246.4.8

Whitelist our Email Sending Domains

Alongside the above, please also add the dedicated domains we use to send editorial newsletters to your domain whitelist.

The following domains should be added to your sending domain whitelist:

  • mining-journal-marketing.com
  • newsletters-mining-journal.com

Add us to your Email application's Contacts list

Use your email client's Sender, Contacts or Address Book menu options to add us to your contact list.

In Microsoft Outlook, this option can be found under the Message menu at: Message >> Sender >> Add to Contacts.

This may be titled differently dependent on your version of Microsoft Outlook. The option may be found elsewhere in other email clients.

Add us to your Safe Senders list

Use your email client's Junk Email options to ensure our emails are never marked as spam.

In Microsoft Outlook, do this by right-clicking one of our emails in your message list, then visiting the Junk menu and choosing the Junk >> Never Block Sender option

This may be titled differently dependent on your version of Microsoft Outlook. The option may be found elsewhere in other email clients.

If you are using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and are experiencing any issues, please check to ensure you are using the latest version of the browser.
