Asphalt temporary solution to Las Bambas problem

Peru’s government has proposed surfacing a road with asphalt as a temporary solution to bring to an end a cycle of blockades that have repeatedly interrupted the shipment of copper concentrates from MMG’s Las Bambas mine to Matarani port for export.
