Pebble permitting possible soon

Northern Dynasty Minerals believes it will soon start the permitting process for its Pebble project in Alaska, following a two-year hiatus as it challenged an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) ruling against the project, president and CEO Ron Thiessen told Mining Journal at the Prospectors & Developers Association conference in Toronto.
