Chaarat confirms Kumtor acquisition plans

Chaarat Gold (AIM:CGH) has confirmed that it has jointly offered to acquire Centerra Gold’s Kumtor mine in the Kyrgyz Republic with the state consortium, Kyrgyzaltyn, for US$800 million.
