Can DRC come back?

The best the mining industry can hope for in the DRC is that the government’s consistency in shifting the goalposts remains the fashion, the full impact of the recent alterations to mining legislation on investment become apparent and yet another change is at some point implemented. This, however, feels less likely than was once the case.
