Philippines miner files injunction

OceanaGold has filed for an injunction against any “unauthorised restraint of its operations” after confirming the governor of Nueva Vizcaya province has directed local authorities to “restrain any operations” at the company’s Didipio copper-gold mine in the Philippines.
