US vanadium developer seeks funds after Biden move

Nevada vanadium developer Phenom Resources (formerly First Vanadium Corp) has engaged a Washington-based lobby firm to help it secure US government funding after President Joe Biden invoked the country’s Defense Production Act (DPA) to accelerate the development of critical minerals in order to reduce its reliance on imports, especially from China.
