States back Northern Dynasty versus EPA

Northern Dynasty Minerals has welcomed a letter submitted to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by the State of Alaska, and a second letter signed by 14 states, protesting against what they see as the agency’s overreach with the revised Proposed Determination of the Pebble copper-gold project in Southwest Alaska.
