Parry was CFO of Northern Star Resources (AU:NST) during its initial growth phase from 2010-2014. He was most recently CFO and company secretary of Hanking Gold Mining where he helped the company move from exploration to production prior to its sale earlier this year to Shandong Tianye Group.

Parry replaces Stacey Apostolou as CFO, who was appointed on a contractual basis. Apostolou will remain as joint company secretary.

Millennium CEO Peter Cash said: "Ray will bring a wealth of skills and experience to Millennium as we implement our expansion plans, including the proposed fresh ore processing opportunity at the Nullagine gold project."
