Executive shake-up at Euromax

Varshan Gokool and Nikola Gulev step up at Macedonia-focused developer

Previous CEO Steve Sharpe will continue to serve the company as a non-executive director. 

Gokool has 15 years of mining finance experience and will be responsible for delivering the value engineering work for the Ilovica-Stuka copper-gold project in Macedonia, finalising the permitting and completing the finance plan to construct the project. 

Gulev joined Euromax in July 2015 and prior to this worked at KPMG in Skopje, Macedonia. He previously filled roles in internal audit at a Macedonian bank and at PwC.
