Patagonia's COO resigns

Patagonia Gold (AIM:PGD) has started a hunt for a new COO after Matthew Boyes left the company.

Matthew Boyes had been with Patagonia since 2010

He had been in the role since July 2011, having joined the company in 2010 as development manager.

Boyes will remain as a consultant for the next six months, assisting the company with the installation of a new crushing circuit at Cap-Oeste in Argentina, and the transition to a new COO.
