Pablo Neira and James Argalas added for their finance experience

Neira has over 30 years' experience in managing listed industrial manufacturing companies and family office direct investments in Spain and internationally.

He currently works at the Casa Grande de Cartagena family office, which is a significant shareholder of Ferrovial and is also involved with direct investments.

Neira was previously CEO of Urbar Ingenieros and prior to this worked as corporate services general manager at Valdepesa Textil and finance director at Global Steel Wire Group.

Argalas has experience in the financial and investment sectors and is currently a director of BOFI Holding and Presido Union, the latter which he founded in 2006.

Prior to this he was a principal at Watershed Asset Management and NM Rothschild and before this was an associate principal with McKinsey & Company.
