MC Mining adds Sebastiano Randazzo to board

Appointment ensures board comprises a majority of independent directors

Randazzo has over 25 years' experience in the mining industry and has filled a number of management roles at various listed companies.

He has been involved in feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions and capital-raisings, and also has operational management experience in Australia, South America, the US, Canada and the UK.

Randazzo is currently on the boards of Excelsior Gold and Bardoc Gold and was previously executive chairman and CEO of Intercept Minerals, as well as an executive director at Vaaldiam Resources and Elkedra Diamonds.

MC Mining chairman Bernie Pryor said Randazzo brought "a wealth of mining, commercial and financing expertise that will be beneficial to the company and complements the other directors' diverse talents".
