Powering change through diversity: 100 inspirational women in mining

This year’s 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining (WIM100) comes at a time when talent in the industry is low and acquisitions are harder to make. Mining has been painted as a polluting industry, with one London college even banning oil, gas and mining recruiters at acquisition fairs this year. There is a pressing need to get younger people into the mining industry and to become the change in mining.
