DMR will make most of inadequate budget allocation: Mantashe

South Africa’s department of mineral resources has been allocated R1.9 billion (US$144.4 million) of the country’s budget for the 2018/19 financial year, which minister Gwede Mantashe said was “inadequate” to effectively carry out the department’s mandate.
